Headlines:
1- ON-OFF (Flow-No Flow) systems. The alarm relay outputs of S301 Dust Monitor are used to detect stoppage of the flow of solid particles in pneumatic transport where it is important to detect abnormal behaviour of bulk solids flow quickly. Fast response time of S300 Series dust monitors make them ideally suited for these applications.
2- Trend Monitoring: The mA signal output of the S300 Dust Monitors are used to monitor filtrations systems to detect leakage or filter breakage. Continuous and real-time information on how the filter is working can assist the operator, to minimise down-turn time and save money. S303 is used in these applications.
3- S300 Series Dust Monitors are also used to measure dust emissions in stacks or chimneys downstream of bag- houses and electrostatic precipitators to enable the power plant operator to comply with increasingly more stringent environmental regulations. S304 and S305 are used for stack-monitoring applications.
